The closest County sandbag station has moved. The new location is at Sac Metro Fire Station 116 at the corner of Elwyn Avenue and Elverta Road. (7995 Elwyn Avenue; Elverta, CA 95626).

Cooling Centers Activated Across County (saccounty.gov)

The closest Cooling Center is located at McClellan. It is at 3311 Peacekeeper Way.

The Rio Linda Elverta Recreation and Park District Community Center was a both a cooling and warming center in the past. We are no longer on the approved County List as the Community Center Building is in an active flood zone.
